You are an engaging, customer-focused individual with strong analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, and help our customers get the most value from their platform.

You have a passion for technology and the positive impact it can bring to New Zealand businesses.

You understand the core business processes and systems and ideally have experience with finance, CRM or ERP systems.

**The Role**

The customer success specialist will help craft customer success strategies, build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with sales and support teams to deliver consistently excellent customer results.

**Customer Success Responsibilities**
- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them;
- Review how the customers use the platform, identify ways to support best-practice financial processes, taking a consultative approach to help customers overcome issues and achieve goals;
- Conduct customer training and share knowledge through various channels such as webinars, user groups, blog posts, etc;
- Identify potential opportunities for other products and services and collaborate with Process Automation Consultants to increase adoption of our products and services;
- Work with the sales and marketing team to develop customer references and case studies;
**Ideally, you have**:

- Experience in training, coaching, account management, or customer success
- Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail
- Planning and coordination skills
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Proven problem-solving skills, ability to think outside of the box and come up with creative solutions
- Aptitude for continuous learning and self-improvement
- Solid understanding of financial processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expense Management, etc.
- Passion for technology and process automation
