As the Sales & Partner Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the operations and process side of our Revenue team to support the development and growth of the Soul Machines partner ecosystem and our direct sales initiatives. You will be responsible for a variety of facets within this ecosystem including Salesforce administration, reporting, dashboards, sales operations and partner recruitment & management. You will also use this knowledge to help support business development activities.

- Maintain, administer, and optimize the CRM system (Salesforce) incl. Data entry & maintenance, reporting & analytics, user manager & access control, and system configuration & customization (intermediate level).
- Own and optimise the Revenue Dashboard (DOMO) to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, partner engagement, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes by providing accurate sales & partner data and insights.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including sales playbooks, training resources, and best practices documentation.
- Support sales and partner teams in managing their pipelines, including lead assignment, opportunity tracking, and deal progression.
- Manage partner deal registration and incentive programs, ensuring compliance with partner agreements and maximizing partner engagement and revenue.
- Manage the qualification, onboarding, and day to day management (as required), of registered partners.
- Support business development efforts by conducting research on potential accounts & market trends, analyze collected data & identify promising leads, and set up outbound campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales operations, partner operations, sales support, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, with experience in data management, reporting, and configuration/customization.
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools, ideally DOMO, with experience in datasets, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- C-suite attitude: Robust interpersonal skills and ability to establish relationships with Senior Leadership, and external partners
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with a commitment to driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
