We’re seeking Service Desk Analyst to join us on an initial 2 months contract, augmenting our client’s project on-site in Auckland.
**Working at NTT**
- Respond to escalated IT service desk tickets in the ticketing system
- Provide 2nd level support and troubleshooting to tickets
- Document and escalate the ticket accordingly
- Troubleshoot Windows environments
- Troubleshoot and clean up security and resource control groups within AD
- Manage and create new user accounts and mailboxes
- Follow ITIL methodologies and best practices
**What will make you a good fit for the role?**
- Bachelors of IT highly desired
- ITIL certification
- Any experience working in a Service Desk, Field Engineer or Help Desk environment
- Familiarity and ability to operate in a L2 capactiy across the following technologies
- M365
- Azure
- Azure AD
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Exchange Online
- MS Teams
- Powershell
- Windows 10
- ServiceNow
- Jira
