About the Role
Our Service Desk Analyst’s are the first point of contact for our clients. No two days will be the same as you’ll be proactively problem solving any customer issues that come your way or escalating them as appropriate.

Due to client clearance requirements full New Zealand working rights are required.
You will be required to be flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
