The Customer Lifecycle Manager is responsible for creating meaningful cross-channel journeys that help our customers with their goals and deliver ROI back to the business. Working within a marketing squad, the role will be responsible for delivering the lifecycle marketing program for their portfolio of products and customer groups. Using behavioural data and insights you'll design programs and journeys that connect into the broader marketing activity to drive the 1:1 engagement approach from lead nurture through to conversion, onboarding and activation, engagement, cross-sell, and retention.

  • Solid experience in marketing and customer communications, ideally within financial services.
  • A proven track record in developing targeted, data-driven marketing strategies that drive behaviour change.
  • Confidence in navigating complex projects and fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled at stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong copywriting skills, translating complex messages into simple, engaging content.
  • Depth of understanding in marketing technology platforms—Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Adept at juggling competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in the financial services industry or other complex service-based environments.
