We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Equipment Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the needs of our customer and commercial teams are consistently met by managing the lifecycle of our refrigeration equipment at customer premises.
About the RoleThis role requires a high level of technical knowledge and expertise, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. You will work closely with other teams, including sales and customer support, to resolve equipment-related issues and improve customer satisfaction.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the lifecycle of refrigeration equipment at customer premises.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving equipment-related issues in a timely manner.
- Working closely with sales and customer support teams to resolve equipment-related issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- 2+ years of experience in a coordination or customer service role.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate critical issues promptly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and contractors.
