Who are you?
To be successful in this role the key competencies required include:
- Proven sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills
- Expert product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution
- Strategic management, leadership, mentoring, business, accounting and reporting capabilities
- Analytical interpretation and advanced problem-solving abilities
- Sound knowledge of working with Government agencies.
- Appreciation of the value/importance of the account coupled with the ability to balance the needs of the organisation and the client's organisation
We are looking for a senior client director to execute the organisation's sales strategy and activities with the New Zealand Government clients to maximise revenue from new and existing clients, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for setting and executing our government segment strategy in NZ.
What will you be doing?
The role includes:
- Setting the corporate strategy for the NZ Government segment in order to attain and exceed revenue targets
- Work collaboratively across the CoreLogic organisation to develop and execute a dynamic customer strategy
- Writing professional corporate client proposals
- Negotiating major deals within policy guidelines, maintaining contact with key clients and identifying and steering opportunities for business improvement
- Regularly monitoring and reporting actual performance to budget, with variance analyses and revised projections
- Coordinating the gathering of market intelligence and monitoring competitors' sales strategies and products, campaigns and events to optimise market share
- Conducting product demonstrations and coordinating the preparation of sales proposals, tenders/bids, contracts and Account Management plans
What does success look like?
Key Performance Indicators are based on:
- Achieving revenue growth goals
- Driving new sales and progressing strategies to acquire, retain and grow revenue from major customers
- Client NPS, particularly as it relates to their relationship with the client director
- Professional pipeline management
- Productive collaboration across various CoreLogic teams and stakeholders
