About the Role:

  1. Develop and execute customized strategies to drive client satisfaction and business outcomes
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and optimize sales processes
  4. Mentor and develop team members to achieve individual and organizational goals
  5. Prioritize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-centric focus

Requirements:

  1. 8+ years of experience in sales or account management with a proven track record of success
  2. Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational structures
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and drive collaborative results
  5. Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree advantageous
