We now have a full-time permanent opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team.

In this role, you'll deliver high quality HR services and support to business groups and contribute to ensuring a positive employee experience at ESR.


This is a varied role and you will be involved in:

  • Partnering and supporting managers across the full employee life cycle.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the People & Culture group strategy.
  • Fostering innovation and development of HR services and products, reflective of HR best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will have a mix of the following:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or similar
  • Significant experience in providing the full end to end HR services and support to managers.
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices and relevant employment legislation.
  • Experience implementing organisational change processes to achieve strategic organisational objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills allowing you to interact with stakeholder groups at all levels of the organisation.
  • The ability to plan and organise work programmes to meet deadlines and achieve quality standards.
  • The ability to comfortably navigate change and ambiguity.
