Our Customer Insights team shape and directly influence our business strategies delivering actionable insights around our customer's behaviours and buying patterns informing strategic decisions.

They are experts in consumer psychology.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

In this super cool role you will get to drive customer centricity and advocate for customer led decision making across the business.

Your deep knowledge of customer behaviour will help stakeholders (at all levels) to deliver on greater customer benefits.

Where there are gaps in the knowledge, you will use your advanced knowledge of end to end market research methodologies and techniques (we are big on non-traditional methods) to find out more about customer's challenges and needs.

Your curiosity, willingness to trial and learn and outstanding people skills will help to put the customer at the centre of every decision making process.


As you can see, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the way we do things and improve our plan of action to remain at the forefront of retail and importantly deliver outstanding experiences for kiwis everyday.
