**Key Account Manager - Traditional Trade**

We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager - Traditional Trade to join our dynamic team based at our Ellerslie office. You will be responsible for managing the development of short and long-term strategies to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs within the Traditional Trade sales channel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer accounts and develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets.
- Increase portfolio footprint within the designated customer base.
- Align company business strategy with the strategic direction of customers to achieve profitable growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to enhance key service metrics.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and keep stakeholders updated on customer developments.
- Monitor and control trade spend in line with approved budgets.
- Build strong internal relationships to support the execution of channel and Key Account Plans.
- Provide relevant competitor, marketplace, and customer feedback to management and the sales and marketing team.

**Skills/Experience Required**:

- Strong influencing skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work through challenging issues.
- Customer-centric approach with a strong desire to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales revenue and profit targets within assigned accounts.
- Ability to analyse data and create commercial opportunities.
- High level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Account management experience (desirable).
- Experience in the oil and convenience channel (desirable).
