The Role:

***As a Regional Sales Executive, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic industry with a focus on driving sales growth. Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new network multibranch/regional customers in line with sales targets.
  • Conduct salesfocused visits to provide sales training, target new customers, and offer sales support to Regional Franchisees and their employees.
  • Implement effective customer care programs and account management practices to increase the share of spend across existing multibranch customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a selected portfolio of multibranch customer accounts.
  • Offer infield sales support and training to Regional Franchisees and their sales resources.
  • Complete first contact for all website leads received for regions in your territory.
  • Promote and grow international export services to customers and Regional Franchisees.
  • Prepare proposals and supporting materials for potential customers.
  • Provide customer and stakeholder feedback to the management team to improve service quality and customer retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in direct or businesstobusiness sales and marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing effective sales, marketing, and customer retention strategies.
  • Exceptional relationshipbuilding skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
