LA PERLA LIMITED is a leading specialist company in tiles and flooring, catering to both large and small development firms.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for directing the development and implementation of sales strategies, setting sales targets, and promoting our products and services to maximize sales and customer loyalty.

Additionally, the Sales Manager will play a key role in building and maintaining our brand image, reputation, and relationships with customers, investors, and the wider public.


Responsibilities:

  • Direct the development and implementation of sales strategies to maximize sales and customer loyalty.
  • Set sales targets and objectives in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the company's goods and services to a wide audience.
  • Create and implement strategies to generate increased consumption of the company's goods and services, focusing on building brand image and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain the company's image and reputation with customers, investors, and the wider public.
  • Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and success of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and decision-making.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, ss, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven track record of management experience in real estate, construction or related field, at least 3 years related work experience.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Knowledge of the tiles and flooring industry is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Ability to travel as needed.
