Committed to excellence, they are seeking an experienced, highly driven and strategic Sales Manager.

About the role:As the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving company growth by proactively identifying and capitalising on business opportunities as well as onboarding, mentoring and managing the sales team based across New Zealand. You will develop and expand their customer base, maximising revenue generation through strategic planning, effective execution, and continuous performance improvement efforts.

Your key responsibilites;

  • Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our business.
  • Develop,implement and execute sales strategies and SOP's
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them.
  • Manage the onboarding of new clients.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and monitor the performance of the Client Success team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning and execution.

About you:You are a driven and results-oriented professional, with strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset. You're proactive, innovative, and adaptable, with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth.

Additionally, you have;

  • Previous experience and success as a Sales Manager.
  • Proven record of leadership capabilities
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and industry trends.
  • Proven success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive the sales process.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
