Now we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join us

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Negotiate with overseas partners and cultivate relationships with potential investors to expand market reach and drive international growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing plans aligned with company goals.
  • Utilize market knowledge to identify potential threats from competitors and proactively address them.
  • Identify target customers and markets for our products, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Generate new leads, craft compelling proposals, and deliver professional presentations to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies that drive business success.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of business expenses.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasting information to senior management as needed.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their sales and marketing skills.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to gather insights on customer preferences and shifts in product demand.
  • Review sales data and market trends to inform the development of new products and the promotion of existing ones.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management and/or marketing roles, at least 3 years work experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
