People & Capability Coordinator

You will work alongside other People + Capability Coordinators to support the operations of the wider team and be the first point of contact for our employees.
This is an exciting role that will allow you to expand your skills and give you lots of variety and opportunities for development.
You will be involved in supporting the onboarding of staff, training programmes and assist with the overall support of the people and capability team.
In addition, you will also assist in developing HR reports, focus on data in HRIS systems and assist with HR analytics and insights.

- Ideally previous administration or HR experience
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills or keen to learn them
- Experience working with HRIS, Power BI, Culture Amp, Chris21, HROnboard would be a plus
- A continuous improvement mindset you enjoy making processes and workflows easier for yourself and the people around you
- Flexible and adaptable, with an enthusiasm for getting involved in lots of different areas
- Solutions driven and techsavvy
- Quick learner and uses initiative
- Responsive and proactive
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- A passion for data and analytics a bonus
