**Your Opportunity**
We are looking for a bright, curious and energetic People & Culture Coordinator to support our awesome team. This is a golden opportunity to grow, with exposure to the entire scope of Human Resources and responsibilities across recruitment, on-boarding, learning & development, first-line advisory; and projects.
**Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:
- Providing HR coordination to all aspects of the employee lifecycle including: recruitment, pre-employment checks, on-boarding, probationary periods, performance reviews, variations and changes in terms and conditions, leave processes and other employment-related documentation
- Being the initial point of contact for People & Culture process-related queries across the business
- Supporting the P&C team in the coordination of organisational development, induction, orientation and training programs
- Administering content and announcements for internal communications and digital platforms
- Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems.
**What you'll need to bring**:
- A Tertiary level qualification in HR, psychology or business related discipline
- Previous work experience (3+ years) in HR coordination in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High energy and positivity
- Excellent administration and coordination skills
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - skilled at juggling competing demands, prioritizing, and meeting challenging deadlines
- Proven ability to manage confidential information
- Exceptional skills in MS Office.
