**The Business**

With eight offices around the country and a fast-growing employee base this kiwi owned business is looking to add a newly created People and Capability Advisor to the team to play a pivotal part in shaping the overall employee experience and assisting in achieving the business’s People and Capability strategy.
**The role**
Operating right across the P&C spectrum, you will have a specific focus and responsibility for; Talent Acquisition (leading the Graduate & Intern Programme and coordinating recruitment), Talent Development (supporting the development of an in-house Learning program) and Employee Experience and Engagement.
Reporting to the People and Capability Manager and a trusted deputy to the Learning and Development Manager, you will have every opportunity to learn and grow at a rapid pace, assuming responsibility early with two experts to guide, mentor and assist your personal development.
More specifically you will be responsible for:
- Supporting training needs within the organisation and coordinating learning and development programmes and initiatives
- Contributing to and leading the graduate and internship programmes
- Overseeing talent management initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle including celebrations and events to enhance employee recognition, milestones, or cultural initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
- Coordinating cyclical Annual Performance & Development and Annual Remuneration Review
- Providing advice and guidance to employees and managers on policies, procedures, and employment-related issues
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, people systems and databases
- Preparing people-related documents including employment contracts, offer letters, and variations.
**Your background**
- Ideally qualified in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Adult Learning, Experience Design or similar
- 3 years plus professional experience in HR, L&D or Organisational Development
- A broad understanding of all aspects of People & Capability
- Experience within a professional services organisation preferred but not essential
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills and experience with HRIS and LMS systems.

- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with a proven ability to bridge knowledge gaps
- Ability to strike the right balance between P&C and business objectives to provide pragmatic options and solutions
- Confidence and experience in working at all levels, from senior leadership to interns, from technical to shared service teams
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work across teams.
