**About the role**
As a People and Capability Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in partnering with leaders to optimise the organisation’s performance and overall culture. You will take a Kaupapa Māori approach to People & Capability strategies and practices. Reporting to the Head of People & Capability, you will be responsible for providing operational HR support and administration, ensuring the efficient and consistent delivery of high-quality services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the HR inbox and HRIS system
- Support leaders and kaimahi with employment-related matters, including onboarding and documentation
- Prepare offer documents, manage variations and changes, and process leavers’ information for payroll
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with payroll requirements
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and policy development
- Contribute to P&C initiatives and projects, supporting the team’s delivery

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong HR administrative experience with a good working knowledge of NZ Employment Law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially intermediate Excel skills
- Exceptional organisation, planning, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Team player
