The role
Based in Petone, this role will support our delivery teams across service in the Wellington area

This will involve:

  • Providing general Branch administration including, timesheets, accounts payable / receivable, reports, invoicing, purchase orders, account reconciliation, leave planning, and oncall rosters
  • Reviewing call logs to ensure customer enquiries are actioned and closed off within acceptable timeframes
  • Actively assist supervisors with day to day administration support with customer enquiries
  • Maintain registers and database information for branch use
  • Prepare customer quotations on a daily basis and followup the customer if they have not responded to the quotation
  • Provide first call resolution to customer requirements

To be successful you will need the following:
You will need proven skills in branch or service administration - ideally within a similar service or technical industry.

  • Experience in administration and customer service
  • Experience record keeping
  • Experience working with customer portals
  • Experience working with major/key clients
  • Experience working with an ERP system (Pronto preferably) and CRM
