Go Bus Transport is the largest passenger transport provider in New Zealand, operating 2,000+ vehicles from 40 depots, stretching between North Auckland and Invercargill.

About you:

You will be an experienced Administrator ready to start your journey with Go Bus at our Masterton Depot.

You will be enthusiastic, able to multi-task, and have communication skills second to none Great communication is essential for this role as our staff, customers, and key stakeholders are important to us.

You will be comfortable working under pressure at times and used to juggling work priorities to meet timeframes.

To be successful you will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in an administration role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain key relationships
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to show initiative
  • Computer Literacy, ideally intermediate level in Microsoft Word and Excel, with good understanding of systems and programmes
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A positive attitude and team player

Qualifications and experience:

  • NCEA level 2 or higher
  • Diploma in Business Administration (desirable)
  • Class 2 and P Endorsement (desirable)
  • 12 years' experience in the passenger service industry (desirable)
