The Role & You
This role is part of the Transformation Office. We are responsible for supporting LIC to deliver on the promise we make to our customers.
The Transformation Office is focused on driving a velocity of change that is right sized for our business, to enable innovation and to ensure complex programmes of work are effectively delivered.
Bring your leadership, product and software development experience and join our Enterprise Programme Management team.In this role you'll actively support the Portfolio, our delivery streams and the wider business while building and leading the product owner centre of excellence.
We're looking for a PO Practice Lead with a real passion for product to build a performance culture and champion the alignment between customer reality and product development.
You will use your natural talent for empowering and encouraging others to build a brave and professional team that engages seamlessly across the business - from Executive leaders to software development teams.
- 5+ years' experience in a Product Leadership role
- Demonstrable experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring teams
- Strong understanding of Product lifecycle, product management and software product ownership
- Experienced working with technical, complex products and systems.
- Well experienced in an Agile software development environment.
- Passionate about continuous improvement.
You'll also enjoy working within a team of dedicated individuals and be able to deliver a professional approach when working with a wide array of customers.
