About this role


Our Kiriwhanake team are transforming the way we deliver people and culture strategy and services across Aotearoa which has created several exciting new roles in our Organisational Culture & Capability team including this one.

The
Specialist - Cultural Capability is a rare opportunity to map, shape and advance the cultural capability of an organisation that is already leading the way in Aotearoawe live and breathe Te Ao Māori, but there's more work to be done.


You'll enable the advancement and integrity of Te Reo Māori and Tikanga Māori at TWoA through initiatives that foster and uphold Māori values and philosophies.

This will mean understanding our current state sou can build the roadmap to a culturally rich, vibrant place for kaimahi and tauira.


You won't be doing it alone of course; you'll have the support of a well-resourced team and the endorsement of our senior leaders.

You'll be inspired by seeing people and culture growsee the lights go on

About you


Your success in this role will hinge your track record of developing and delivering programmes that have truly shifted the dial on cultural competency.

Experience building relationships and cross-functional teams in a multicultural workplace would be ideal while written and spoken proficiency in Te Reo Māori will aid your purpose.

Most of all, you're motivated and inspired to see people connect with Te Ao Māori, seeing the light go on when that connection occurs.
