What will you do?
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Innovation Labs team based in Christchurch.

As the Change & Adoption Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration and widespread adoption of our digital product portfolio.

Your focus will be on developing and executing robust implementation plans that optimise the utilisation of digital tools, maximising operational efficiency, and driving value across the business through the creation and adoption of new service models.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and digital product capabilities
  • Developing change impact frameworks to assess the implications of implementing new digital tools on business processes
  • Establishing mechanisms to monitor user adoption and gather feedback on digital tool usage and functionality
  • Conducting analysis to anticipate potential challenges and proactively address resistance to change
  • Delivering training sessions and workshops, providing ongoing support and resources to enable users to leverage digital tools effectively

Who are you?

  • You will ideally have a minimum of 35 years of handson experience in change and adoption roles within a digital product environment or a related industry
