The role:

  • Developing the learning architecture, instructional design / content creation and learning experiences that will propel our employee capability to the next level
  • Lead the design and development of innovative, futurefocused, and digitaloriented learning solutions that are future fit, strategically aligned and prepare our people for the future
  • You will work across the full L&D remit of needs discovery, design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions, in order to boost engagement, capability and performance
  • Key focus areas will be working with our brand new LMS and competency framework
  • Work across content creation, instructional design and lead the implementation and management of our LMS
  • Work collaboratively with the Connetics P&C team to identify synergies and deliver more impactful solutions across both organisations

About you:

  • Relevant degree in adult learning, educational psychology of equivalent experience in a complex environment across several organisations
  • A natural way and ability to influence, inspire, motivate and connect with others
  • A creative, collaborative, challenging and intuitive approach to your work
  • Strong organisational, project management and facilitation skills
  • Digitally savvy with tools such as Articulate with the skills to embrace and utilise the right tools to enhance our learning experiences
