Tēnei tūranga - About the Role:
We are looking for a Learning and Design Administrator to join our Learning Design Team.


In this role you'll provide administrative support to the INZ Learning Team (Design and Delivery), coordinate, and administer the learning review programme and undertake basic maintenance to existing learning material.

You will also organise meetings and assist with the communication between the INZ Learning Team and our stakeholders. Your communication skills will enable you to build strong stakeholder relationships.


This is a great first step for someone with coordination experience looking to move into the world of Learning and Development, and who enjoys working in a dynamic, diverse and client focused environment.


There is the opportunity to learn to manage an LMS system as well as basic learning design skills on top of the administrative and coordination duties.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritisation and execution skills
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to be flexible and to quickly adapt to changing demands
  • Experience administering and managing an Enterprise Software System, preferably a Learning Management System
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to suit a range of stakeholders
  • Strong computer skills, including demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Experience using Articulate 360 and other emerging technologies would be advantageous
  • Must be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
