Learning and Agency Development is a multi-disciplinary team that is responsible for both internal and external learning and guidance programmes focused on operational practice.
- We guide how people learn their roles and set them up for success to develop their careers. We look at how we develop our people, including how we use digital and blended solutions so that people can use them to drive their own development, supported by their leaders.
- We also guide agencies through advice, development of precedents, guidance resources and learning so they can do the best possible job for the people of New Zealand.
This role will be leading a small team, to develop and deliver training for all staff to ensure that they are equipped with the knowledge to perform in their role effectively.
You will be a member of the Engagement Group management team. You will also need to foster strong and cohesive relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.He kōrero mōu - About you

- Strong understanding of current New Zealand public sector practice, the context in which public sector agencies operate, and the challenges they face.
