We're seeking a talented Senior Analyst for Operational Reporting to lead and support the function of designing, implementing and monitoring INZ's operational dashboards and reporting to provide timely and accurate advice for decision makers.

As part of the Insights team within the Operations, Tasking, and Improvement branch, you'll play a critical role in ensuring INZ is delivering on its strategy.


In this role, you will:

  • Produce comprehensive and actionable insights in realtime to inform decisions
  • Deliver recommendations for solutions based on analysis, evaluation and feedback
  • Provide analytical support for business priorities and the development of key activities
  • Identify opportunities for improvement
  • Understand and communicate the most relevant aspects of operational performance


You'll also engage and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation and wider Ministry to address gaps in processes that impact our priorities.
