H2R Technology is currently on the lookout for a Senior Data Insights Analyst to work in a newly established role within a public sector environment. This organisation is looking to bring on a dedicated Data Insights & Reporting Analyst that will be able to work with environmental sustainability and health and safety data and provide information for evidence based decision making.

**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will work to create quality data driven insights and reports
- used by the leadership team and various other internal stakeholders in shaping the direction and advise around Environmental Sustainability and Health & Safety initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
This is a greenfields opportunity, so you’ll have a unique opportunity to lay the foundations for this function. We’re looking for curious people that want to understand the current environment, and work to create best practice. As a senior, you should be an effective communicator
- confident in speaking to various business users but also have a technical mind-set to be able to query the data and present it a meaningful way.
- Experience using PowerBI in a commercial environment.
- An in-depth knowledge of business intelligence tools and data warehouse concepts;
- An interest in keeping abreast of data, insights, visualisation and reporting technologies in the market
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- create pivot tables and calculations and link data from various sources

One of the most important factors to be successful in this role is the interpersonal skill-set. You should always be thinking about opportunties for improvement and automation. You must always think about data integrity and data quality improvements.
