About the role:
Our Finance team provides a range of financial, planning and procurement services to our customers. This role keeps us on track and ensures that we have robust administrative processes and procedures in place.

You will be enthusiastic, a self-starter, keen to learn and get stuck in. This role is hugely varied and would involve you dabbling in a variety of areas within the team.

Customer focus is key to Parliamentary Service's values so your positive 'can-do' attitude will see you succeed in this role.

| Responsibilities**:

  • Providing proactive and highquality administrative support to the Finance Team
  • Connecting new staff with useful finance information, linking them to relevant people in Finance and coordinating finance training sessions
  • Managing training resources and intranet content
  • Managing procurement documentation, coordinating supplier meetings and maintaining the contract register
  • Assisting with PCard administration, transaction checking and invoice processing.

  • Effective planning, coordination, and timemanagement skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise workflows and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

The appointing salary range for this role is $57,361.00 to $63,332.00 per annum.

Appointments will be based on skills and experience (please note, the full salary range extends beyond this to allow for tenure progression).
