Our busy talent function within the People & Wellbeing Team has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Talent Coordinator to join our team on a
12 month Fixed-term basis
for parental leave cover until April 2024.


We are interested in hearing from people who are experience recruitment coordinators who are looking to take a step into an advisory role.


Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role


As Talent Coordinator you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective recruitment administration and coordination services and support to the team.

You will also be given the opportunity to develop your skills to manage the end-to-end recruitment within a portfolio of roles and work as a collaborative team player in the wider People & Wellbeing team.


You will need to work at pace and love talent acquisition as much as we do and be adept at establishing credible relationships with key stakeholders.


You will have the opportunity to work in a way that will consistently put your coordination skills to good use and give you an opportunity to develop your advisory skills.

This role will develop you to realise your full potential as a talent specialist in a supportive and encouraging environment.


  • Provide effective administration and coordination to support the wider Talent team
  • Develop your skills to support the people leaders across the Treasury to integrate and align talent solutions across the entire talent lifecycle
  • Support a range of innovative recruitment projects and initiatives
  • Drive best practice and sector leading approaches across the talent lifecycle
  • You will thrive in our environment if you enjoy having a challenge, enjoy being kept busy and want to develop your Talent career
