About the role
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to ensure the successful implementation of a project.
You will work closely with the rest of the team which includes 2 Project Managers, a Data Manager and a number of administrators.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating schedules
- Processing timesheets, expenses etc
- Organising travel & accommodation
- Organising computer shipping schedule
- Liaising with administrators over the phone
- General administration duties
What are we looking for?
- You will have experience working with schedules maybe a background in events
- Strong interpersonal skills not afraid to coldcall
- Customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette wellspoken & professional
- Experience working with Excel spreadsheets
This is a dynamic environment, & you will be able to think on you feet when things don't go to plan & problem-solve.
The team is very supportive, & always have each-others backs.Other systems you will use in this role include - Google sheets, a Project management tool, Oracle finance system.
While you may not have expereince working with these, you will be tech savvy and able to pick things up quickly.
This is a temp role and you must have the right to work in NZ and be available for the duration of this contract.
