Purpose of the role:
Reporting to the Board selected Sub-Committee/CEO, the position will be responsible for overseeing the long term growth strategy and ongoing successful delivery of Front Tier's leadership development programmes.
In this role, you will drive continuous improvement, ensuring exceptional client relationships are maintained and ensure clear financial reporting.About our client:

Front Tier is a division of the College focused on providing high quality leadership, wellbeing, and business coaching solutions in the professional services, education and healthcare sectorsAbout the role:
Identify and implement opportunities to execute Front Tier's strategic goals Promote internal actions for the formulation and implementation of Front Tier's business strategy, while providing regular reporting to the Board Sub-Committee Collaborate with executive leadership coaches, programme managers and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality programmes to clients Business develop a network across the legal market and in wider commerce to extend Front Tier's influence Set clear objectives based on the Strategic Plan to present to the Board Sub-Committee and Board Oversee and develop the existing and future team members Oversee Profit and Loss statements to ensure alignment with strategic goals and conduct economic assessments to evaluate pricing strategy, margins and profitability across applicable programmes Skills & Experience:10+ years prior experience across programme management, client management and delivery or a related professional services industry Tertiary qualification in Psychology and Business or Marketing Demonstrated history in leadership, people management, coaching, motivation, and team development Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external professional relationships Financial literacy, data-driven decision making with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement The ability to consider the holistic needs of the business, ensuring alignment with broader strategic goals and long term commercial vision
