Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity


The Plunket T&I Service Desk Analyst position is focused on first level hardware and software support and will usually be the first point of contact for our clients.

You'll work with other members of Plunket T&I to improve overall service delivery in line with the Plunket T&I Vision.


He kōrero mōu | About you

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in the use of Desktop Applications such as Office 365 & Windows
  • Familiarity with Azure and Active Directory
  • Welldeveloped communication skills and able to convey technical issues in a way nontechnical way people can understand
  • Familiarity with ITIL
  • Follow through with commitments and foster mutual trust with all parts of Plunket
  • Meets or exceeds customer expectations
