**What our client can offer**:
Our client is an innovative firm seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to reinforce their team during a busy period. As the newest addition to an established IT team, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless tech support during a critical phase of new platform deployment.

Working within an environment predominantly oriented around the Microsoft stack - O365, AD, Azure Teams, this role offers a chance to deepen this technical knowledge while also dealing with a large fleet of mobile devices.

This role, based in Christchurch comes with convenient on-site parking, and offers a competitive hourly rate.

**What you will do**:
As a Service Desk Analyst, your primary responsibility will be providing Level 1 and 2 support via a ticketing system and phone. You'll take a hands-on approach to triage tickets, follow them through to resolution when appropriate, and thereby ensure the smooth functioning of the service desk. This is your chance to showcase your can-do attitude and boost our client's service desk operations during a time of significant change and increased request volume.

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- Broad technical support background, preferably up to Level 2
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite - O365, AD, Azure Teams
- Some exposure to mobile device management would be advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude and a knack for problem-solving
