  • Perform bookkeeping using XERO, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciling accounts, and managing payroll
  • Manage the office budget, including tracking expenses and preparing reports
  • Perform EA responsibilities, including managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Assist with HR responsibilities, including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and managing employee benefits
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure that our GPS and lone worker tracking services are being delivered effectively
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers, such as IT and facilities management, to ensure that the office runs smoothly
  • Marketing support: Coordinate marketing material and business cards to be printed, assist with organising materials and furniture for shows.
  • Sales support: Support as required drafting customer contracts, sending trial equipment and chasing them for return
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, and executive assistance
  • Strong proficiency in XERO and other accounting software
    This is a must for this role:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Experience in HR administration is a plus
  • Familiarity with GPS and/or lone worker tracking services is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
