Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role We currently have an opportunity for a dynamic and dedicated Property Manager to join the team and contribute to the success of our business by delivering property solutions which meet the needs of our evolving network and hardworking colleagues.

You'll be part of a team of professionals who each manage a portfolio, with the end goal of providing appropriate accommodation for our fantastic people.

In this role, your portfolio will cover our South Island properties as well as up to Upper Hutt and Porirua.

You'll be managing the expense and risk profile of existing sites, maximising income from external sources and ensuring compliance with the provisions of our leases and all relevant Acts.

The team also provides input into property-related strategic business projects as we respond to the changing needs of our business.


Mōu - About you You'll ideally have formal qualifications in property, law or business and will have knowledge of the relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.

You may have strong working experience in a similar field, or you may be a recent graduate looking for your next career move.

Either way, you'll be able to work autonomously and demonstrate strong decision-making skills and initiative.


You'll connect and collaborate across our business and work alongside our busy operational leaders, so having the ability to build strong relationships through credibility and trust is vital.

Alongside the above, you'll couple this with;

  • Good contract negotiation skills
  • Experience with specialised property management systems
  • Having a good understanding of spreadsheeting and basic financial analysis
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to be versatile and adaptable
