Due to continued growth within our rental portfolio, we are looking for an energetic Property Manager to join our team. We would prefer an experienced property manager, but full training will be given to the person who is the right fit for our team. We are looking for someone who will manage their portfolio of properties as if they were their own.

Landlords Link is Whanganui's premier property management agency. We provide quality rental services to Whanganui and the surrounding areas.

Skills and Experience

  • Property Management experience is preferred
  • Show your experience with conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Your strong work ethic will complement our team at Landlords Link.
  • Approach your day-to-day task with careful and methodical practice.
  • Be the talk of the town with your exceptional customer focus, sensitive and practical service.
  • Be computer savvy and willing to learn new software
  • If you fit the brief, and are eligible to work in NZ, we want you to start ASAP.
  • A clean current drivers licence is essential
