We have a fantastic opportunity for a
Property & Facilities Manager to join our award-winning
Real Estate Management Services team
, based in
Wellington office.
We are looking for a motivated and high standard of integrity professional to manage a portfolio of property and facilities management in the Wellington region, with an emphasis on planning and proactively maximising opportunities for client portfolios.
The value you'll add
- Assist in implementation of leasing strategies
- Ensure all property compliance and H&S requirements are met
- Arrange maintenance and repairs that are required
- Manage H&S compliance of suppliers
- Able to liaise and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Provide a high level of personalised and professional service to clients
- Support the strategic direction of the client property, lease and portfolio management programmes and standards
- Prepare and implement long term maintenance plan to meet clients objectives
- Able to manage multilayered projects and manage stakeholders expectations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years' relevant experience, including administration or trades
- Certificate III or IV in real estate practice or property services
- Working towards REA Salesperson's License
- The ability to travel nationwide and a current clean full driver's licence
- High competence in Microsoft Office package, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel
