Job Description:


We have a fantastic opportunity for a
Property & Facilities Manager to join our award-winning
Real Estate Management Services team
, based in
Wellington office.


We are looking for a motivated and high standard of integrity professional to manage a portfolio of property and facilities management in the Wellington region, with an emphasis on planning and proactively maximising opportunities for client portfolios.


The value you'll add

  • Assist in implementation of leasing strategies
  • Ensure all property compliance and H&S requirements are met
  • Arrange maintenance and repairs that are required
  • Manage H&S compliance of suppliers
  • Able to liaise and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide a high level of personalised and professional service to clients
  • Support the strategic direction of the client property, lease and portfolio management programmes and standards
  • Prepare and implement long term maintenance plan to meet clients objectives
  • Able to manage multilayered projects and manage stakeholders expectations

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' relevant experience, including administration or trades
  • Certificate III or IV in real estate practice or property services
  • Working towards REA Salesperson's License
  • The ability to travel nationwide and a current clean full driver's licence
  • High competence in Microsoft Office package, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel
