We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Project Communications Specialist to support a Supply Chain Programme and other high level projects.

The role will report to the practice lead with day-to-day direction provided by the Supply Change Programme Change Lead and working closely with project managers and change managers across the programme and projects.

As the Project Communications Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive and proactive project change communications for the Supply Chain Programme, related projects, and SAP Re-platform project.

You will plan, manage, and deliver engaging, attractive written, graphical, and video-based communications.

You will also provide coordination across the multiple projects and workstreams for communications and engagement activities and collaborate with the Strategic Communications team of our client.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive and proactive project change communications for the Supply Chain Programme, related projects, and SAP Replatform project.
  • Plan, manage, and deliver engaging, attractive written, graphical, and videobased communications.
  • Provide coordination across the multiple projects and workstreams for communications and engagement activities and collaborate with the FSSI Strategic Communications team.
  • Build and manage projectrelated SharePoint sites.

Requirements:

  • Wellrounded and creative communications professional who can turn concepts into visually engaging communications material e.g. slide packs.
  • Highly developed written communications skills.
  • Some experience in creating video and infographic material would be advantageous.
  • Experience in project communications or change management would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different functions and teams.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
