About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or roadblocks.
  • Work closely with the project manager to develop strategies for mitigating risks and resolving issues.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • 3+ years experience in project planning (renewables experience advantageous but not essential)
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Working rights in place for NZ
