Marketing Executive

This role can be based anywhere in New Zealand

Desired skills and attributes required for the role:

  • Minimum 3 years' marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is desired
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite would be advantageous
  • Experience coordinating conferences and industry events
  • An eye for detail and creativity
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for marketing support for strategic marketing plans.
  • Engages with the global Marketing and Communications team
  • Strategizes with internal division leaders including research, analysis, logistics, and overall coordination of projects.
  • Coordinates the creation of marketing collateral and other promotional materials, including brochures, directories, social media, and internal colleague initiatives and campaigns
  • Coordinates events including conferences, client functions and industry events.
  • Provides business development support to the Business Development manager as needed with proposals, clients presentations and RFPs.
