We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Administrator who is ready for a new challenge. You'll already be working as an HR Administrator but are now ready to join a large organisation to sharpen your generalist skills or maybe you're someone with great HR Administration knowledge that would like to get back into the workforce? Either way we would like to hear from you

Day-to-day life will involve:

  • Contract preparation and variation drafting
  • Maintaining our HR system (Peoplesoft)
  • Supporting our wider People and Culture payroll team
  • Managing and responding to general HR queries in the HR mailbox
  • Organising Safety and NZ Police checks; and
  • Adhoc HR work we call it the surprise factor in the life of an HR person


You'll be someone with high attention to detail, amazing customer service and have great organisational skills to manage competing priorities at work.

Being a team player goes without question plus the drive to work in an ever-changing environment. We're educationalists too so your keen desire to learn and develop your HR skills will give you an edge.


We have lots of fun at work, heaps of baking on offer, and a team of people who want to see you succeed.
