**He aha te mahi? What’s the role?**:
The Zespri Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) has been established to strengthen the organisational maturity, by facilitating a structured approach to the prioritization of strategic projects, project & resource management, change and process management and associated enterprise data management. The Head of EPMO leads the Organisational Project Management teams, who partner with global teams across territories and functions to develop their ability to manage ongoing improvement to deliver programs for the effective management of enterprise projects.

Core responsibilities of the role will include;
- Drive and manage the project management process and data management, (including portfolio and project management, project framework and monitoring, training and development, change management).
- Make decisions with regards to; methodologies, tools and templates required for the delivery of the services, use of the EPMO OPEX budget, project, resource & change management, identification, assessment & selection of permanent & contracted project management talent & resources.
- Ensure the realisation of improvement projects throughout the organization are in scope, on time and in full within the limitations of available financial and human resources.
- Provide leadership through clear direction and the effective management of the team workload.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement both within the EPMO team, contracted project managers and throughout the organisation.
- Engage and manage key capabilities through the engagement of contingent workforce where necessary.
- Effective management of the EPMO OPEX budget and Capex budget.

**Ko wai koe? Who are you?**:
You will come from a PMO background with experience leading a team of Project Managers. You will also meet the following selection criteria:

- 5+ years project management experience in transformational change
- General Management experience (team management, budget management)
- PMI or Prince2 certification or similar project methodology certifications (e.g. Agile)
- Experience working within international companies, and strong cultural awareness
- Experience with SAP and MicroSoft technology implementations desirable
- Understanding of Financial/Management Accounting desirable
- Understanding of Change Management (Prosci) desirable
- Understanding of Business Process Management and Enterprise Data Management desirable
