- A passion for people and the PX profession
- PX advisory experience including implementing people related initiatives.
- Knowledge of and compliance with ER legislation
- A continuous improvement mindset and high level of resilience
- Customer focus and skilled in building relationships and engaging stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to become a trusted advisor
- Exceptional planning, preparation, prioritisation, and organisational skills
- Confidence in making sense of data and drawing insights.
- Experience in working with PX tools and systems.
