We are looking for an energetic individual with strong work ethic to join as Operations Coordinator and support our Wellington team with delivering a premium service to our drivers, clients and passengers.

Our busy operation covers school transport, airport shuttles, charter, tours and cruise services. Some of our key clients include schools, the Ministry of Education, Wellington Airport and cruise/tour companies.


We pride ourselves on our safety, service and reliability and we are seeking someone who has the same passion for delivering this to our clients as we do.

A passion working with fleet of vehicles and people in a fast-paced environment is a must. Work hours can vary due to the nature of our industry with support after hours as and when required.

This position offers both lots of variety and opportunity to grow your career.

The role:

  • Support the daytoday operations
  • Handling customer enquiries
  • Coordinate bookings and prepare quotes for our services
  • Maintain regular communication with our clients and closeknit team of drivers
  • Coordinate fleet movement, book travel arrangements
  • Assist with investigations, incidents and resolution of complaints
  • Support with rostering or vehicle allocation
  • Ensure any delays in services are mitigated and managed appropriately
  • Provide general operational support to the wider team with various administrative tasks
  • Participate in the afterhours oncall roster

About you:

  • Full Class 1 licence (for at least two years)
  • Willingness to obtain your P endorsement and Class 2 (we can support you with this)
  • Previous experience in an operational, administration or customer service role ideally in the transport and passenger service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills liaising with customers and our team of drivers.
  • Strong numerical skills and understanding
  • Solid organisation and planning skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise your day efficiently
  • Comfortable working under pressure
  • Computer savvy with ability to adapt to new systems and software
  • Ability to develop strong relationships
  • A positive attitude and a team player
