RealNZ is seeking a Reservations Systems & Process Specialist to deliver excellent guest service while helping our Reservations team work smarter through better systems, processes, and knowledge resources.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping guests, solving problems, and making things work better - from smoother inbox/call queue workflows to clearer SOPs, to practical automation that saves time and reduces errors. You'll work closely with the Reservations Leadership team and Technology & BusinessApplications to support continuous improvement aligned to RealNZ's strategic goals.

What you'll do

  • Manage guest enquiries and bookings across phone/email, ensuring accurate details, conditions, and payments
  • Support sales through strong product knowledge, conversion focus, and upselling where appropriate
  • Improve the way we work by helping maintain SOPs/knowledge base content and supporting system/process improvements and automation (e.g., Front, Microsoft tools/Power Automate)

What you'll bring

  • 1+ year experience in reservations/contact centre environments
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Digital confidence and an interest in process improvement/automation (Front/Power Automate experience is a bonus)
  • Relevant qualification in IT, business systems, digital technology (preferred)
