We are looking for an exceptional and outgoing Front Office & Reservations Agent to join our team. In this role, you will ensure a professional and attentive service is provided and expectations exceeded. You will provide quality service to the guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during reservations, arrival, departure and throughout their stay.

With your passion for high end hospitality and superb eye for detail, you will take initiative to ensure that all of your interactions are positive and productive, as you provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all whom you encounter and seek out what more you can do to to delight our guests.

Work Experience
- Minimum 1 year previous Reservation/Front Office experience. Five star luxury environment is preferred.
- Expert knowledge of Opera or other booking system preferred.
- Full, clean valid manual driver’s license is essential.
- Passion for high end hospitality with an absolute eye for detail.
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to build warm relationships and gain trust at all levels.
- Has flexibility to meet hotel rostering needs with weekend and public holiday work.
