This role is all about delivering exceptional customer experiences through a combination of customer support and outbound sales. Based in our Queenstown office, you will engage with customers primarily over the phone, email, and live chat—managing bookings, building relationships, and crafting personalised itineraries that ensure customers book the very best experiences in New Zealand.

A key focus will be proactive outbound sales, reaching out to existing customers as 'warm' leads to drive further experience bookings, provide tailored travel recommendations, and close sales. In addition, you will play a vital role in supporting our agent network and their customers, ensuring seamless service across all touchpoints.

Given the dynamic nature of our business, there may also be opportunities to assist our marketing and supply teams with website management, product listings, and social media administration. Full training will be provided, making this a great chance to develop additional skills.

• A love for phone-based sales and customer interactions.
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Customer service or sales experience, with a track record of achieving targets.
• The ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage bookings efficiently.
• Flexibility to work weekends, mornings, and evenings as required.
• Existing knowledge of New Zealand's tourism activities is an advantage.
• NZ residency or a valid work visa is required.
