**Job Description**:
We work in a demanding environment with ever changing diverse markets throughout the year and most with their own individual needs, this is a role with many responsibilities.

Our busy Reservations Department is well suited to someone who has a high level of customer service and communication skills, accuracy and a commitment to consistent levels of quality and leadership and is able to implement change / work in a company that embraces changes.

Also someone that is good with numbers.

Successfully converting Group and FIT reservation enquiries into materialized bookings
- Strong customer and administrative focus
- High energy levels
- 7 day week coverage by the team. Groups mainly Monday - Friday
- Able to plan and organize your work
- Ensure targets are met for turnaround times
- Able to managing large volumes of correspondence
- Attention to detail, accurate and love to solve a good puzzle
- Good with numbers and balancing group accounts
- Managing requests, sensitivity with travel plan changes and alterations
- Initiative and sound decision making
- Excellent personal presentation
- Great communicator as liaises and maintains good relationships with key clients

**Qualifications**:
Opera experience or similar and reservations experience 6 months
